Do you think we should let the monster come to school?
In year 1 we have been learning to think philosophically. We ask the children fun questions, such as ‘would you rather be covered in jam or mud?’ and then discuss their ideas. The children are learning to give a reason for their choice by using the word ‘because’. Our most recent P4C lesson involved thinking about what we would do if a monster wanted to come to school.
